# Glossary

> Every muveya term, status, movement, role, permission group and screen, with its code identifier and its console label in Spanish and Portuguese

Terms are sorted alphabetically. The identifier column shows the value used by the API, the code and the permissions; it is the same in every language. The last column shows how the console labels the term in Spanish and Portuguese, so you can follow a colleague who uses the console in another language. Where a term has no console label, the column says so.

| **Administrator** | Role that includes `catalog.read`, `catalog.manage`, `members.manage` and `settings.manage`. | `admin` | **Administrador** / **Administrador** |
| **Allocation** | The system reserving stock for an approved order, all or nothing, in FEFO or FIFO order. | `allocate`, `allocating` | **Reservando existencias** / **Reservando estoque** |
| **Approval policy** | Versioned rules that decide which submitted orders need a decision, by whom and by how many people. | `ApprovalPolicy`, `policyVersion` | **Política de aprobación** / **Política de aprovação** |

| **Box** | A physical container of one supply, with a unique code, a quantity in base units and, when tracked, lot, serial numbers and expiry. | `StockBox`, `boxId` | **Caja** / **Caixa** |
| **Box code** | The label that identifies one physical box, unique in the dental clinic. Typed at receipt or generated. | `code` | **Código de caja** / **Código da caixa** |
| **Cancelled** | Final order status. Only the requester can cancel, from draft, submitted or waiting for approval. | `cancelled` | **Cancelado** / **Cancelado** |
| **Care reference** | Optional code from your clinical system attached to a use of stock. Stored sealed; visible only with `orders.patient_ref.read`. | `careRef` | **Referencia de atención (opcional)** / **Referência de atendimento (opcional)** |
| **Catalog** | The supplies your dental clinic authorizes, and the permission group that reads, manages and prices them. | `catalog.read`, `catalog.manage`, `catalog.cost.read` | **Catálogo** / **Catálogo** |
| **Category** | Required grouping of supplies. Approval rules can match it. | `categoryId` | **Categoría** / **Categoria** |
| **Central warehouse** | Warehouse that belongs to no location and can supply every location. | `central` | **Central** / **Central** |
| **Clinical order** | Order for a patient's treatment. May carry an opaque patient reference. | `clinical`, `orders.clinical.create` | **Clínico** / **Clínico** |
| **Closed** | Final order status, set by the destination once every box was accepted or returned. | `closed`, `fulfillment.close` | **Cerrado** / **Encerrado** |
| **Code (of a presentation)** | A code printed on a package that tells which presentation arrived. | **Consume** | Record that stock from a box was used. Lowers on hand; a box that reaches zero is used up. | `consume`, `inventory.consume` | **Consumir**, **Consumido** / **Consumir**, **Consumido** |
| **Correction** | Movement that adds to or removes from a box's record when the shelf and the record disagree. Always has a reason. | `adjust_gain`, `adjust_loss` | **Corrección (alta)**, **Corrección (baja)** / **Correção (entrada)**, **Correção (saída)** |
| **Count** | Physical check of the boxes of one supply in one warehouse. Status `open`, `submitted` or `cancelled`. | `cycleCount` | **Conteos** / **Contagens** |
| **Count campaign** | A count of a whole warehouse, grouping its box counts. Status `open` or `closed`. | `countCampaign` | **Campaña**, **En curso**, **Cerrado** / **Campanha**, **Em andamento**, **Encerrada** |
| **Criticality** | How critical a supply is for operations. | `criticality`: `low`, `medium`, `high` | **Criticidad** / **Criticidade** |
| **Delivered** | Order status once the outgoing custodian confirms the handoff. The boxes are still in transit. | `delivered`, `delivery.confirm` | **Entregado** / **Entregue** |
| **Deliveries** | Screen with the orders to prepare, deliver, receive or close, and those with a delivery problem. | `/fulfillment` | **Entregas** / **Entregas** |
| **Delivery problem** | Order status when a delivery is confirmed with a problem. Cannot be received or closed from the console. | `exception` | **Problema de entrega** / **Problema de entrega** |
| **Dental clinic** | Your customer account and isolation boundary: a clinic or a whole dental network. | `tenant`, `tenantId` | **Clínica dental** / **Clínica odontológica** |
| **Dispatched** | The picked boxes left the source warehouse. On hand and reserved both drop; the boxes are in transit. | `dispatched`, `dispatch`, `fulfillment.dispatch` | **Despachado** / **Despachado** |
| **Disposed** | A box discarded and out of the usable stock. Its history stays. | `disposed`, `dispose` | **Dada de baja**, **Desechado** / **Descartada**, **Descartado** |
| **Dispute (receipt)** | The receiver refuses a delivered box with a reason and evidence; the box returns to the warehouse it came from. | `disputed` | **Disputar** / **Contestar** |
| **Draft** | An order being prepared (the only state whose lines can change), or a supply not yet active. | `draft` | **Borrador** / **Rascunho** |
| **Evidence (receipt)** | Description required whenever a box is disputed at receipt. | `evidence` | **Evidencia del problema** / **Evidência do problema** |
| **Expired** | A box marked expired and out of the usable stock. | `expired`, `expire` | **Vencida**, **Vencido** / **Vencida**, **Vencido** |
| **Expiring soon** | Alert for a box whose expiry date is within the warning window (30 days by default). | `expiry_approaching` | **Por vencer** / **Perto do vencimento** |
| **Expiry date** | Recorded at receipt when the supply tracks it. Counts until the end of that day in UTC. | `expiryDate`, `tracksExpiry` | **Fecha de vencimiento** / **Data de validade** |
| **Express warehouse** | Warehouse that belongs to exactly one location, where that location's orders are delivered. | `express` | **Express** / **Express** |
| **FEFO and FIFO** | Order in which boxes are reserved: earliest expiry first when any box has an expiry date, otherwise oldest reception first. No console label. | `fefo`, `fifo` | No console label |
| **Fulfillment** | The execution of an approved order, from reservation to closure, and the permission group for each custody step. | `fulfillment.pick`, `fulfillment.dispatch`, `delivery.confirm`, `receipt.confirm`, `fulfillment.close`, `fulfillment.read` | **Abastecimiento** / **Atendimento** |
| **General order** | Ordinary order for supplies, without a patient reference. | `general`, `orders.create` | **General** / **Geral** |

| **Home** | First screen after sign-in: setup cards, pending work and your dental clinic. | `/` | **Inicio** / **Início** |

| **Inactive** | Deactivation of a supply, a location, a warehouse or a room or area. Nothing is deleted. | `inactive` | **Inactivo** / **Inativo** |
| **Inventory** | Screen with the boxes in the warehouses you can see, and the inventory permission group. | `/inventory`, `inventory.read` | **Inventario** / **Inventário** |
| **Ledger** | The append-only record of every stock movement. Never edited; mistakes are fixed with new movements. | `StockMovement` | **Movimientos** / **Movimentos** |
| **Location** | An operational site of your dental clinic. The order form calls it **Clinic**. | `clinic`, `clinicId` | **Sede**, **Sedes** / **Unidade**, **Unidades** |

| **Lot** | Manufacturer batch recorded at receipt when the supply tracks lots. | `lotNumber`, `tracksLot` | **Número de lote** / **Número do lote** |
| **Lot recall** | Finds every box of a lot and quarantines the ones still in use in one step. | `quarantine` | **Retiro de lote** / **Recolhimento de lote** |
| **Member** | Role that includes only `catalog.read`; everything else is granted as permissions. | `member` | **Miembro** / **Membro** |
| **Minimum per warehouse** | How much of a supply a warehouse should keep, the usual order, the expiry warning and the approval threshold. | `stockPolicy`, `minimumQuantity` | **Mínimo por bodega** / **Mínimo por depósito** |

| **Presentation** | How a supply is bought, with the base units it contains. Versioned; `active` or `retired`. | `presentationId` | **Presentaciones** / **Apresentações** |

| **Replenishment** | Screen that compares usable stock with each warehouse's minimum. | `/inventory/replenishment` | **Reposición** / **Reposição** |
| **Reports** | Screen with consumption by supply. Needs its own permission, even for an owner. | `reports.read` | **Reportes** / **Relatórios** |
