# Changelog

> Customer-visible changes to muveya, newest first: the console, the public API, MCP and WhatsApp.

<Update label="2026-09-22" description="MCP OAuth sign-in">
  * MCP connections now use OAuth through Muveya Console. If you are signed out, sign in first, choose your dental clinic and review the application's requested permissions before authorizing it. API keys continue to work on `/v1` but no longer authenticate `/mcp`. See [Connect a client](/docs/en/mcp/connect).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-09-17" description="Documentation portal">
  ## muveya documentation is live

  * muveya.com/docs opens in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  * **Guides** walk through every console area, from [signing in](/docs/en/account/sign-in) to [deliveries](/docs/en/deliveries/overview) and [reports](/docs/en/reports/consumption).
  * The **API reference** explains [authentication](/docs/en/api-reference/authentication), [scopes](/docs/en/api-reference/scopes), [pagination](/docs/en/api-reference/pagination), [rate limits](/docs/en/api-reference/rate-limits) and [errors](/docs/en/api-reference/errors), and generates one page per `/v1` operation from the OpenAPI contract.
  * The **MCP** section documents the [read-only MCP server](/docs/en/mcp/introduction).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-09-15" description="Lot recall, count differences and pilot measurements">
  ## Inventory and reports

  * **Lot recall.** Find every box of a lot across warehouses and quarantine them in one confirmed step. The console warns that boxes of the lot that are in transit are not held. See [Lot recall](/docs/en/inventory/lot-recall).
  * **Unique serial numbers.** A serial number can be received only once per supply, from the console or from WhatsApp, and the receipt screen names the serial numbers that were already received. See [Receive stock](/docs/en/inventory/receive).
  * **Count differences** are shown per supply and unit, and per count campaign. See [Counts](/docs/en/inventory/counts).
  * **Observed use and estimated consumption.** The consumption report separates what was used from what was delivered to rooms that do not keep their own count. `GET /v1/analytics/consumption-trend` and the briefing report both figures for each supply. See [Consumption report](/docs/en/reports/consumption).
  * **New metrics** on `GET /v1/analytics/metrics/{metric}`: `BOX_TRACEABILITY`, `APPROVAL_DECISION_MEDIAN_HOURS` and `DISTINCT_CUSTODY_ACTORS`. The last two accept a `from` and `to` window. See [Management analytics](/docs/en/reports/management-analytics).
  * **Replenishment** names the room each stock point belongs to. See [Replenishment and alerts](/docs/en/inventory/replenishment-and-alerts).

  ## Team and legal

  * Members who manage the team but reach only some locations can grant location and warehouse access, invite people, and reactivate or promote members only within their own location and warehouse access. See [Team](/docs/en/account/team).
  * The terms of service, the privacy policy and the data processing agreement are published on muveya.com, and the console sign-in screens link to the terms and the privacy policy. See [Security and privacy](/docs/en/trust/security-and-privacy).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-09-14" description="Receive any supply from the web, box labels and presentations">
  ## Receiving and boxes

  * **Receive any supply** by scanning its code, by searching its name, as a presentation or as loose units. See [Receive stock](/docs/en/inventory/receive).
  * **Box labels.** Print a Code 128 label for a received or separated box. See [Boxes](/docs/en/inventory/boxes).
  * Every stock quantity shows its unit, active boxes past their expiry date are flagged, and inactive warehouses are no longer offered to receive into or move to.

  ## Catalog, setup and access

  * **Presentations and commercial codes** are managed from the supply page. See [Presentations and codes](/docs/en/catalog/presentations-and-codes).
  * **Home** tells a new dental clinic what it still needs to set up before operating. See [Quickstart](/docs/en/quickstart).
  * **Explicit location and warehouse access.** Each member has access to all, selected or no locations and warehouses, and the console explains what having no location means. See [Roles and permissions](/docs/en/account/roles-and-permissions).

  ## API

  * Briefing labels follow `Accept-Language` (`en`, `es`, `pt`) on `GET /v1/analytics/briefing` and in CSV exports. See [Exports](/docs/en/api-reference/exports).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-09-13" description="Orders, approvals and deliveries in the console">
  ## Orders and deliveries

  * **Orders.** Request supplies for a location, fill and submit the order, and follow it to the end. See [Create and track orders](/docs/en/orders/create-and-track).
  * **Order approvals.** Decide pending approvals and publish the approval policy. See [Approvals](/docs/en/orders/approvals) and [Approval policy](/docs/en/orders/approval-policy).
  * **Deliveries.** Prepare, dispatch, deliver, receive and close orders, and read their custody history. See [Deliveries overview](/docs/en/deliveries/overview).
  * **Home** shows each member the pending work for the permissions they hold.

  ## Stock

  * **Replenishment.** Set a minimum per supply and warehouse, get one alert when stock falls below it (cleared when it recovers), and run brief counts. See [Replenishment and alerts](/docs/en/inventory/replenishment-and-alerts).
  * **Second approval for large corrections.** A large stock correction or count difference waits for a second person in **Stock corrections**. See [Corrections](/docs/en/inventory/corrections).
  * **Rooms and areas.** Declare treatment rooms and areas per location, record use or delivery to a room with the responsible professional, see usage by room and attribute earlier exits. See [Destinations](/docs/en/locations/destinations) and [Use and moves](/docs/en/inventory/use-and-moves).
  * **Separate a quantity** into a new box that keeps its origin, also while picking an order. See [Boxes](/docs/en/inventory/boxes).
  * **Everyday permissions** let a member receive, use or move stock without the permission to correct it, and boxes can be moved between warehouses. See [Roles and permissions](/docs/en/account/roles-and-permissions).

  ## Reports

  * The **consumption report** under **Reports** shows consumption per supply in its own unit. See [Consumption report](/docs/en/reports/consumption).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-09-12" description="Inventory in the console and catalog cost context">
  ## Inventory

  * **Inventory screens** to receive stock, record use, correct stock, close a box and run counts. See [Inventory overview](/docs/en/inventory/overview).
  * **Receive by presentation**: three boxes of 100 units are recorded as exactly 300 units. Deliveries can also be received by scanning the supplier code. See [Presentations and codes](/docs/en/catalog/presentations-and-codes).
  * Lot, serial numbers and expiry date are asked for only when the supply tracks them.

  ## Account

  * Two-step verification with an authenticator app can be set up in **Account security**, and is optional. See [Account security](/docs/en/account/security).

  ## Catalog cost context

  * Catalog item reads add `costStatus` and, when known, `costMeasurement` next to the recorded amount. This applies to `/v1` catalog reads, to the MCP tool `catalog.search` and to authorized CSV exports. Routes and scopes do not change, and an API key still cannot write costs.
  * Check the state before using an amount: `review_required` and `invalid` are not costs you can apply to the current unit.
  * Without permission to see costs (`catalog.cost:read` for an API key, `catalog.cost.read` for a member), every cost field and all six cost columns of the CSV export (`cost`, `currency`, `costStatus`, `costUnitOfMeasure`, `costMeasurementVersion`, `costQuantityProtocol`) are absent.
  * CSV imports reject rows whose cost is marked `review_required` or `invalid`, rows with contradictory cost and unit values, and files that repeat a cost or unit column.
  * See [Catalog costs](/docs/en/catalog/costs) and [Scopes](/docs/en/api-reference/scopes).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-09-11" description="Team invitations">
  * Invite people to your dental clinic by email. They accept with a password or with Google.
  * Suspend, reactivate or remove members from **Team**. See [Team](/docs/en/account/team).
</Update>

<Update label="2026-09-08" description="Locations, warehouses, catalog and team in the console">
  * **Locations** and **Warehouses**: create and manage the sites of your dental clinic and their central and express warehouses. See [Locations](/docs/en/locations/clinics) and [Warehouses](/docs/en/locations/warehouses).
  * **Catalog**: categories, supplies, costs, and CSV import and export. See [Catalog items](/docs/en/catalog/items) and [Import and export](/docs/en/catalog/import-export).
  * **Team**: the member directory of your dental clinic. See [Team](/docs/en/account/team).
