    Items with their presentations, commercial codes and categories, imported and exported as CSV.

    Immutable stock ledger

    Receiving, consumption by destination, transfers and adjustments, box by box and warehouse by warehouse.

  • Orders

    Internal orders and approvals

    Clinics request supplies and your approval policy decides who approves. No one approves their own order.

  • Custody

    Dispatch, delivery and receipt

    Each handoff is a separate confirmation that records who confirmed it and when.

  • Counts

    Counts, minimums and alerts

    Stock counts and count campaigns, a minimum per supply at each warehouse, and alerts when stock falls below it.

  • Reports

    Reports and exports

    Consumption reports in each supply's own unit, and a catalog export as CSV whose cost columns appear only for those with the permission.

  • Team

    Members and roles

    Invite members, give each one a role and permissions, and decide which clinics they work in.

The ledger is immutable: corrections are compensating events.

  • Stock movements are never edited. They are compensated.
  • Prices are hidden on the server, not in the UI.
  • Approval, dispatch, delivery and receipt are distinct audited events.
